BRIG FOLDABLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Unpack boat , floors , ect.
- Unroll boat and inflate
hull air chambers 60% and screw in air caps .leave keel flat
with cap installed.
- Lay out floor panels in
numerical order.
- install board #1 and #2 in
bow with "H" channel between them . numbers facing up.
adjust keel filler valve to center of hole in floor board .
- Install board #5 at
transom with wide part of board aft.
- Install
appropriate"H"channels on back of board#2and in front
of board#5
- Insert boards numbered #3
and #4 mating with #2 and #5 in an inverted V
- Making sure "H"
channels are in place , push boards down into boat
- Fill keel tube with air ,
install cap.
- Kneeling on one side of
boat , install aluminum stringer rail in opposite side , flat
side down , of floor system . move to other side of boat and
repeat operation.
- Install seats.
- Inflate tubes to full
pressure . (pump will get difficult to compress)
- Install drain cap in
transom .
- Ready to launch.
